Data Deletion Instructions

Email us. Send a deletion request to privacy@blackbirdreviews.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. No other justification is needed.

When we process a deletion request, we delete:

• Your account and sign-in data (email address, session records).
• Review and feedback content tied to your account, and contact details held for sending review requests.
• Publicly posted review content we collected for your business's connected review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB), along with any platform credentials or authorizations you provided.

Data we are legally required to keep (for example, records of the deletion request itself) may be retained for the required period only, then deleted.

We confirm receipt of every deletion request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
