Privacy Policy

Black Bird Reviews (“BBR”, “we”, “us”) is a review-collection platform operated by coachblueprint. Businesses use BBR to ask their customers for feedback after a job is completed and to manage the reviews they receive on public review platforms. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

• Account data. When you sign in, we collect your email address (used for magic-link sign-in via Supabase Auth) and set session cookies to keep you signed in.
• Publicly posted reviews. For the review platforms a business connects (Google Business Profile via the business’s own authorization; Yelp, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau from the business’s public review pages), we collect the publicly visible review content: reviewer display name, rating, review text, date, and any public business response. We collect this only for the business’s own pages, and we do not collect reviewer profile photos from Facebook.
• Review and feedback content. Ratings, comments, and contact details submitted through a business’s public feedback pages.
• Integration data. Order and contact information that flows through the systems a business connects: GoHighLevel (GHL) for email and SMS delivery, and Inspection Support Network (ISN) for order ingestion.

We use the data above to operate the service: sending review requests on a business’s behalf, routing feedback, displaying and managing reviews, and keeping accounts secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with the sub-processors that run the service, and only as needed to provide it:

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — email and SMS delivery of review requests.
• Inspection Support Network (ISN) — order ingestion for businesses that connect it.

We may also disclose data if required by law. We do not sell data to anyone.

We use cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep account and review data for as long as the associated business account is active. When an account is closed, or when you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep specific records longer.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@blackbirdreviews.com from the address associated with your account and we will respond within 30 days.

Black Bird Reviews is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process data on servers in the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., your data is transferred to and processed in the U.S.
