Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Black Bird Reviews (“BBR”, the “service”), a review-collection platform operated by coachblueprint (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send review requests to people who have not done business with you or who have opted out of contact.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law, including telemarketing/SMS law (e.g., TCPA), consumer-protection law (e.g., the FTC's rules on reviews and testimonials), and the policies of the review platforms you connect.
- Submit or solicit fake, incentivized-without-disclosure, or misleading reviews.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, or access another tenant's data.
You are responsible for how you configure review routing for your business and for compliance with review-platform policies in your jurisdiction; the service explains the trade-offs, but the choice and the responsibility are yours.
Messaging consent and compliance
You may only use Black Bird Reviews to message individuals who are your active customers or have an established business relationship with you. At the point you collect a customer’s mobile number, you must disclose that the customer will receive a review-invitation text message from Black Bird Reviews and obtain the customer’s prior express consent to receive it. Black Bird Reviews is the sender of record for messages sent from its shared number; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the customer relationship, for retaining records of the consent you collected, and for honoring opt-outs immediately. You represent and warrant compliance with the TCPA, the CTIA Messaging Principles, and all applicable law, and you agree to indemnify Coach Blueprint against claims arising from your failure to do so.
How consent must be obtained, how we enforce it, and how recipients opt out are described in our SMS Messaging & Consent Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you and your customers submit through the service. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and process that content to provide the service — for example, showing feedback in your dashboard and publishing reviews you choose to display. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our name or marks except to identify the service.
Third-party services
The service connects to third-party platforms you authorize (such as Facebook, Google, GoHighLevel, and Inspection Support Network). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that review requests will be delivered, that customers will leave reviews, or that review platforms will accept or retain them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is handled per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy and our data deletion instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified to account owners by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: privacy@blackbirdreviews.com.
